ABOUT THIS BOOK:
Quantitative Reasoning for Primary Schools is a course of six books written to ensure excellent
performance of pupils in the common entrance examination, various scholarship selection tests
and other intelligence tests that administer quantitative aptitude. These books are designed to
help pupils develop basic computational and manipulative skills, make accurate judgment, and
apply residual knowledge in solving unfamiliar problems during the six years of primary education.
The exercises are carefully graded to take care of all categories of pupils at this level of
education. The books have been written in such a way that teachers and parents do not have to
be mathematically inclined to give effective supervision to their pupils or wards on any of the
activities contained in the books.
The other course, Verbal Reasoning for Primary Schools, provides the needed skill-development
ingredients for testing verbal aptitude at the primary school level. Both courses are written by
the author based on her experience in primary education spanning over two decades. She is the
proprietor of a reputable nursery and primary school in Northern Nigeria.
